We understand that it is difficult to commit to buying an Amp or a Speaker before trying them.

Where you are unable to ‘Try before you Buy’ we think it is only fair to offer a period of up to 2 weeks, from the date of purchase, where you can return your purchased items back to Bass Gear Direct for a full refund*.

This enables you the purchaser the opportunity to see if the gear you purchased meets your expectations and requirements.

If you are not happy with the items then it is not a problem.  A full refund* will be paid on items returned in mint condition, in the original packaging, including all original accessories such as power leads, manuals, documents etc.

If the item returned is not immaculate we reserve the right to deduct an amount to cover the loss in value.

*Excludes the costs incurred of Postage/Transport
